The partner of Oct4 on SOX2 enhancer region in glioma-initiating cells is distinct from that in neural progenitor cells. Soluble chromatin was prepared from glioma-initiating cells (TGS-01 and TGS-04) and neural progenitor cells (NPC). ChIP analysis was performed using anti-Oct4, anti-Sox2, and anti-Sox4 antibodies.
