The growth rate and total protein production of Vc450 is similar whether grown at 24 °C or 27 °C. Vc450 was grown in GASW media at 24 °C and 27 °C. The growth curves were prepared using optical density at time points 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 24 h for both 24 °C (
