Cortical surface views showing significant hypoperfusion in NFL players with elevated WHtR (n=38) compared with those who have a normal WHtR (n=38). Regions showing the most hypoperfusion include the bilateral frontal, temporal and parietal lobes, and cerebellum. The statistical threshold was set at P< 0.001. Significant decreases are in blue. No increases were observed.
