Effect of TSG101 siRNA on GluR2 and CaSR expression assessed by immunoblotting. (A) HEK293 cells were transfected with either GluR2 or CaSR in combination with a control siRNA or TSG101 siRNA. After 24 h the cells were again transfected with siRNA and left for further 24 h. 10 nM of siRNA was used for 1 ml of transfection mix. The data are representative of 3 separate experiments. Immunoblots were probed with anti-receptor antibodies, TSG101 antibody and anti-β-actin antibody to ensure equal loading.
