Co-localization of Aire or involucrin with GFP in Adig mice. (A) Thymi from 4-week-old heterozygous Adig mice were stained with Aire antibody and GFP-antibody. The majority of Aire positive cells were also positive for GFP. (B) Thymi from 4-week-old heterozygous Adig mice were stained for involucrin and GFP. Involucrin positive HCs were always positive for GFP. DAPI was used for nuclear staining. Figures are representatives of two independent experiments.
