B) Qp-luciferase was assayed with (+) or without (−) EBNA1 co-transfection in 293T cells that were incubated with compounds LB2, LB3, or LB7 at concentrations ranging from 1.6 to 100 μM, or with control DMSO. Qp activity was measured as Luciferase units relative to internal control tranfected Renilla plasmid.
