Effects of 8-MOP pretreatment on the clearance of NNK (A) and NNAL (B) in Cyp2a5-null mice. Mice (2–3 months old, female) were pretreated with 8-MOP (at 0, 12.5, or 50 mg/kg, in 0.2 ml of corn oil, via oral gavage) once daily for 3 consecutive days.
