Two-month-old WT B6 and Cyp2a5-null female mice were injected with NNK at a dose of 20 or 100 mg/kg i.p., and tissue levels of O6-mG and total guanine were determined at 4 h after the injection, as described under Materials and Methods. Data represent means ± S.D. (n = 8).
