Constitutive overexpression of Jak3 offsets the dose effect of IL-2 on proliferation and has protective effect at higher concentrations of IL-2: A: HT-29 Cl-19A cells were stably transfected with HA tagged Jak3 (HA-Jak3) and the constitutive expression Jak3 was analyzed by Western analysis of the cell lysates from the recombinant clone (HT-29 CL-19A-HA-Jak3) using HA antibody.
