Effect of CCR5 blockade on renal CCL3 and CCL5. The protein levels of CCL3 and CCL5 were measured in whole ischemic kidneys from mice with CCR5 blockade or control antibody at days 0 and 3. CCL3 and CCL5 levels were increased after IRI compared with those at day 0.
