Fig. 3 — Chondrogenic effects of rhNell-1 on ATDC5 cells. ATDC5 cells were cultured in differentiation medium with or without 800 or 2000 ng/mL of rhNell-1 for 21 days. Relative mRNA levels of Col2α1 (A), Sox9 (B), Acan (C), Runx2 (D), Col10α1 (E), and Nfatc2 ( F) compared with Gapdh were quantitated by real-time PCR.
