Nell-1 induction of Nfatc2 mRNA expression requires Runx2. ATDC5 cells were transduced with Ad-LacZ, Ad-Runx2, or Ad-DN-Runx2 for 24 hours and then treated with PBS or 800 ng/mL of rhNell-1 for 3 hours.
