Fertilizing capacity of ZP3R-deficient sperm. Sperm from Zp3r+/+, Zp3r+/−, and Zp3r−/− were used to inseminate cumulus-intact (A) or cumulus-free (B), metaphase II-arrested eggs using in vitro fertilization.
