The regulation of p27 in NEDD4 over-expressing cells. (A) Immunocytochemical analysis reveals the diffuse subcellular localization of p27 in the cytoplasm in the cells in which NEDD4 was exogenously introduced while most of the p27 protein was localized in the nucleus in the control cells in which NEDD4 was not introduced.
