Effects of OsMCA1 suppression on cell growth and Ca2+ sensitivity in cultured rice cells. Seven day-old-cultured cells were assayed. Cells (fresh weight 0.5 g) were transferred to L medium with standard or low Ca2+ concentration. After culturing for 0, 3, or 7 days, the fresh weight of cells was measured.
