Treatment effect on tumor growth and survival for mice bearing tumors derived from FaDu cells (A,B) or OSC-19 cells (C,D). Plots A and C represent the tumor size while B and D are the mouse survival plots. Mice with orthotopically established oral tongue tumors were injected via the tail vein once weekly (indicated with black arrows) with the treatment.
