The primary coordination spheres of A1 (H63I, H66I, H340II) and A2 (H63I, H66I, H155II) overlap, and are distinguished by the third histidine (positions 340II and 155II, respectively). Mutagenesis studies revealed that D65I is a fortuitous member of the metal coordination sphere in both sites (Table 2).
