Expression and localisation of AChE in hippocampal cultures. Endogenous expression of AChE was determined in fixed, permeabilised embryonic neurones with anti-AChE antibody and compared to the synaptic marker SV2a. In very young cells (4DIV), there was a high AChE expression in the soma and neuronal processes.
