Male rhesus macaques were immunized i.d. at weeks 0 and 6 with either 10⁸ PFU MVA-Ag85A or MVA-Ag85A IMX313 and the response to antigen 85A measured in the blood by IFN-γ ELISpot before vaccination (pre) and every 2 weeks from week 1 onwards. Graphs represent the response of each individual animal to a single pool containing all antigen 85A peptides (A) or the sum of 7 separate peptide pools (B).
