(B) Phototropism kinetics from time-lapse images under blue light with a red light pretreatment. For the red light pretreatment, etiolated seedlings were exposed with red light (1 μmol m⁻² s⁻¹, 10 s) and incubated for 1 h in darkness before exposure to unilateral blue light (0.1 μmol m⁻² s⁻¹).
