Dose-dependent Dexra inhibition of H2O2-induced DNA damage. KK-15 cells were treated for 1 h with the indicated Dexra doses (or DMSO for control and H2O2-only samples) prior to a 5-min incubation with 100 mM H2O2; all the samples were then processed for the NCA. A summary graph reveals that Dexra attenuated H2O2-induced DNA damage (OM) in a dose-dependent manner (n = 3, ***P < 0.005, two-way ANOVA); however, 2 μM Dexra, which was sufficient to prevent DXR-induced damage, did not attenuate H2O2 damage.
