CBMCs were infected with dengue virus in the presence of a subneutralizing concentration of dengue-immune sera (1∶10,000) or were mock treated for 24 h, and the cell-free supernatants were analyzed for chemokine content using a chemokine antibody array. The most dramatically upregulated chemokines are indicated by numbered boxes. Results were obtained from two individual CBMC supernatants that were pooled prior to incorporation in the antibody array.
