(a) mRNA expression of Grp78/BiP in Wt, Atgl–/– and FB1-treated Atgl–/– macrophages, including normalization to hypoxanthine-guanine phosphoribosyltransferase (HPRT), was determined by real-time PCR. **P≤0.01, ***P≤0.001.
