Total host RNA was isolated from the BMM infected with Mtb CDC1551 or HN878 at 6 and 24 hpi and analyzed by microarray. The list of differentially expressed genes (at least 2 fold changes in expression levels and P ≤ 0.05) was uploaded into IPA software for functional analysis. The number of significantly differentially expressed host genes upon Mtb infection at 6 and 24 hpi and their respective biological function are shown.
