Effects of BDMC33 on NO and TNF-α production in IFN-γ/LPS-induced BV-2 microglia cells. Cells were stimulated with IFN-γ/LPS and treated with increasing concentrations of BDMC33. Concentrations of NO₂⁻ and TNF-α in the media was determined by Griess assay and ELISA, respectively.
