Reduced antibody responses to MSC69A following immunization with DNA or attenuated VSV. (A) CB6F1 mice were primed with pCMV-MS (n = 7) or pCMV-MSC69A (n = 5) and boosted with the same respective plasmid 30 and 60 days postprime. A qualitative HBsAb ELISA was conducted on serum collected 90 days postprime to determine specific antibody titers. (B) CB6F1 mice were immunized with 106 PFU of VSV-MS (n = 6), VSV-MSC69A (n = 6), VSVΔM51-MS (n = 6), or VSVΔM51-MSC69A (n = 6).
