CD8⁺ T cell responses following homologous boosts with DREP.HIVconsv. Mice were immunized i.d. with EP with 2.5 μg of DREP.HIVconsv the indicated number of times. Homologous boosts were administered monthly. Spleens were collected and analyzed 11 days after immunization. HIVconsv-specific CD8⁺ T cell responses were assessed with IFN-γ ELISpot. Each immunized group consisted of 5 mice, and 2 naïve mice were included. Lines represent group medians.
