Predicted now smokes logits for values of independent variables at early and late stages of cigarette diffusion. Early stage refers to the value on the measure of change in cigarette consumption that is two standard deviations below the mean, while late stage refers to the values two standard deviations above the mean. Predicted values are calculated from equations for coefficients in column 3 of Table 3.
