qRT-PCR quantification of transcript levels of PRX33, PRX34, and RBOHD in Ler (wt), IG-2, and IG-3 lines. Expression levels of PRX33, PRX34, and RBOHD mRNAs in Ler (wt), IG-2, and IG-3 cell cultures were measured at 0 and 2 h following elicitation with purified cell wall extract from F. oxysporum. Cell cultures were pretreated with 2 mm sodium azide or 0.2 μm DPI and incubated for 15 min before elicitation. Data represent averages ± sd of three independent experiments.
