Expression of intracellular cytoplasmic domains of CLR on β₂AR trafficking to the cell surface. COS1 cells were transiently transfected with HA-tagged β₂AR and the ICL constructs described for Fig. 5. Cell-surface ELISA was done with anti-HA antibody to detect cell-surface HA-β₂AR. All data have been normalized to control cells transfected with HA-β₂AR and Venus (white bar). Data are pooled from four experiments carried out in triplicate. No significant differences between experimental and control were found when analyzed by one-way ANOVA (followed by Tukey's test).
