The migration velocity gradually decreased from 6 h to 48 h after transfection of the LSD1 siRNA plasmid in the H460 cells, which was significantly different from the velocity at 24 h and 48 h (*P<0.05). The migration rate gradually increased after transfection of Flag-LSD1 plasmid into the A549 cells, which was significantly different from the velocity at 24 h and 48 h (*P<0.05). All transfection groups were significant different from the control groups (*P<0.05).
