The expression of total H3K9 did not change remarkably. When LSD1 activity was up-regulated, Twist1 and N-cadherin expression increased and AcH3K9 and E-cadherin expression decreased. When LSD1 activity was down-regulated, Twist1 and N-cadherin expression decreased and AcH3K9 and E-cadherin expression increased. The Flag-LSD1 plasmid was transfected into the A549 cell line, and the LSD1 siRNA plasmid was transfected into the H460 cell line. β-actin was used as loading control.
