Interaction of mixed populations of Kv7.2 and Kv7.3 homotetramers with anti-Myc and anti-HA immunobeads. Two sets of tsA 201 cells were singly transfected with DNA encoding either Myc-Kv7.2 or HA-Kv7.3. The two populations of transfected cells were mixed at the start of the purification procedure, and the combined detergent extract of the cells was later split into two batches for purification using either anti-Myc or anti-HA immunobeads. The two eluates were then immunoblotted using anti-Myc and anti-HA antibodies. Immunoreactive bands were visualized using a horseradish peroxidase-conjugated goat anti-mouse secondary antibody followed by enhanced chemiluminescence. The arrowheads indicate molecular mass markers (kDa).
