Neurocalcin δ stimulates ANF-RGC in membranes of mouse adrenal gland. Mouse adrenal gland was homogenized in Tris-Mg2+ buffer pH 7.4 with or without 10 μM Ca2+. The particulate fractions were prepared from each homogenate and assayed for guanylate cyclase activity. The experiment was done in triplicate and repeated two times. The results shown are average ± SD from these experiments.
