Measured for purified EIC M469pAcF/C575A (residues 261–575) using an extinction coefficient ε280 = 19.94 mM−1 cm−1. In all cases conversion to mg units was carried out by using the theoretical mass for the EIC domain at natural abundance (35,206 Da).
