A higher absorbance indicates an overall higher metabolically active biofilm on the composite disk that metabolized the MTT tetrazole. In each plot, values (mean ± sd; n = 6) with dissimilar letters are significantly different from each other (p < 0.05). Values with the same letters are not significantly different (p > 0.1).
