CW-EPR spectra for the doubly labeled AChR M2δ peptide in DMPC bilayers at 318 K for the (A) randomly-dipersed sample, n||B_o sample (B), and n⊥B_o sample (C). The molar peptide to lipid ratio was 1:250. The n||B₀ and data were simultaneously analyzed to determine the best fit values of α, β, γ, ξ, η, and R (Table 3). A similar analysis was performed on the randomly-dispersed spectrum (Table 3).
