Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis patterns using restriction enzyme AseI, of Mycobacterium goodii isolates from three patients with postoperative wound infections after receiving surgical implants from a hospital in Colorado. Lane 1 is control strain M. goodii ATCC 700504. Lanes 2–4 are case-isolates. Lane 5 is a 48.5-kb DNA marker.
