SMVs (A) were approximately 30 nm-0.5 µm in diameter using a transmission electron microscope. The amount of mRNAs (B, n = 16) and miRNAs (C, n = 6) in the SMVs was normalized to the amount in the seminal plasma. Horizontal lines within the boxes denote the median. The boxes and whiskers represent intervals between the 25th to 75th percentiles, and the 2.5th to 97.5th percentiles, respectively.
