(A, B) A patient with a severely comminuted fracture of the anterior and posterior table of the frontal sinus with involvement of the nasofrontal outflow tracts. (C) A craniotomy was performed removing the remaining anterior and posterior table. A pericranial flap was then placed over the dural repair. (D) The anterior table fragments were assembled on the back table. (E) The reconstructed anterior table was then inset over the pericranial flap.
