Sites were classified as high, medium or low exposure to agriculture. Ten countries are represented: West Africa – Guinea-Bissau, Guinea, Cote d'Ivoire; Central Africa – Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, Cameroon, Democratic Republic of Congo; East Africa – Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania.
