Relapse was defined as HCV RNA>25 IU/mL during follow-up after <25 IU/mL at the end of planned treatment, and was calculated with a denominator of patients with undetectable HCV RNA at the end of treatment. Higher-level resistance (red) is defined as >25-fold increase in IC₅₀ and lower-level resistance (yellow) is defined as 3- to 25-fold increase in IC₅₀ from wild-type.
