Chloroplasts are from 14-d-old leaves of wild-type and ptac14-1 plants grown on MS medium supplemented with 2% Suc under standard and low light intensities and from leaves of the wild type and complementary lines grown in the soil. Bars = 0.5 μm. C, Total protein extracts were prepared from 14-d-old seedlings and then separated by SDS-PAGE. Western-blot analysis was carried out with the specific antibodies mentioned previously. A total of 40 μg of total protein was loaded per lane.
