Growth of yeast cells expressing pTAC14 and pTAC12 truncated proteins without the chloroplast-targeting signal peptides grown at 30°C for 72 h on selected medium with dropout of several amino acids is shown. Media used to assess the interaction between bait (pGBK-T7) and prey (pGAD-T7) were as follows: SD-Leu-Trp, SD-Leu-Trp-His, and SD-Leu-Trp-His-Ade+X-α-Gal.
