(A) The 30-d-old adult plants of the wild-type (WT), nsn1-1, and the homozygous mutant nsn1-1 containing At3g07050 (NSN1^C). The length of siliques was longer in NSN1^C than in nsn1 and was comparable to that of the wild type. (B) Siliques were thicker in NSN1^C plants than in nsn1-1 and were comparable to that of the wild type. (C) Unfertilized ovules (arrowhead) and aborted embryos (arrow) were present in nsn1-1 siliques but absent in NSN1^C and wild type plants, suggesting full complementation in NSN1^C.
