Combined HIFU-optical mapping system. This system includes a custom ablation system consisting of a 3.5MHz HIFU transducer and XYZ stage. A pulser-receiver and oscilloscope are used to focus HIFU energy on the tissue of interest and a function generator and RF amplifier are used to drive the transducer. The optical mapping system includes a 100×100 CMOS camera.
