C57BL/6 mice were infected with 100 bt of the Colombian strain of T. cruzi and presence of CD8⁺ H-2K^b /VNHRFTLV⁺ T-cells expressing IFNγ⁺ and Pfn⁺ in the spleen, peripheral blood and in the cardiac tissue was evaluated.
