(A and B) Neuroepithelial cells were treated with BMP2 for 4 h and then washed twice with N2-supplemented DMEM/F-12. The cells were then cultured for 2 days in the absence (A) or presence (B) of LIF and subjected to immunofluorescent staining for GFAP (red).
