(D) Quantification of PKCε-EGFP translocation from the cytoplasm over time. Data is presented as percentage relative fluorescence in the cytoplasm of cells ± SEM from at least 2 independent experiments with 4–6 cells per experiment (mCherry n = 4, A10-mCherry n = 3, G8-mCherry n = 2).
