Surface plasmon resonance (SPR)-derived association and dissociation curves of mouse IgGs binding to PfMSP119. SPR association (KA) and dissociation (KD) curves of mouse IgG binding to recombinant purified antigen PfMSP119 amine-coupled and immobilized to a CM5 sensor chip. The antibodies were injected into flow at five different concentrations of 2 μM (red), 1 μM (green), 0.5 μM (cyan), 0.25 μM pink), and 0.125 μM (dark blue) at time 0 and replaced with buffer alone at the times indicated with arrows. No binding was seen from any of the IgGs onto control Ag coated in flow cell 2. Data are summarized in Table 1.
